Responsibilities:
* Maintain close communication with customers to monitor their daily sales and operations, and assist in enhancing their sales and operational capabilities.
* Manage the pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales customer relationships for new and existing customers.
* Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
* Oversee the monthly sales forecast and sales plan.
Requirements:
* More than 3 years of relevant work experience in sales and key account management.
* Extensive understanding of distributors, chain retailers, and dealers.
* Excellent oral and written English skills.
* Responsible, honest, trustworthy, proactive, with good team spirit and high execution ability.
