Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a conduit between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Identify areas for improvement in ERP workflows and propose targeted solutions.
* Support testing, training, and documentation processes to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business/functional analysis with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
* Proficiency in modeling languages such as UML and BPMN.
* Knowledge of platforms like Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
* Fluency in Portuguese. English is highly desirable.
