Strategic HRIS Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of Core HR in the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a roadmap for Core HR, ensuring seamless integration and effective implementation.
* Lead design authority boards, driving strategic decision-making and process improvement.
* Coordinate incident resolution with support teams, providing timely and effective solutions.
* Manage data models and related processes, including hire, move, promote, and terminate.
* Design and execute testing strategies for Core HR activities, ensuring quality and accuracy.
* Produce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain dashboards for Core HR, enabling data-driven decision-making.
* Create, validate, and maintain training materials to ensure user adoption and understanding.
* Support design and implementation of related HRIS tools as needed, driving innovation and efficiency.
Requirements:
* 2-5 years of experience in Core HR or global HRIS projects.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
* Practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and experience in HRIS implementation projects.
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, translating business needs into technical solutions.
* Fluent in English and excellent interpersonal skills.
