Quality Assurance Specialist – Delivery Enablement
The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for driving quality and testing practices across a critical credit platform, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes from requirements to release. This role requires close collaboration with Dev, QA, BA, and RE teams to embed traceability, scalable test structures, and quality standards that foster sustainable delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Lead quality assurance efforts for a regulated credit delivery system, focusing on traceability and audit readiness.
* Ensure comprehensive quality across specifications, tests, handovers, and delivery artifacts.
* Develop and implement scalable, reusable quality assurance practices and domain knowledge resources.
* Establish and evolve the QA tooling landscape, including Jira, Confluence, and AI technologies.
* Cultivate and onboard team members across QA, Dev, and BA functions.
* Drive adoption of agentic AI-readiness and prompt-based reuse strategies.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in QA, testing, or structured delivery roles.
* Proven track record of leading or mentoring QA and/or BA teams.
* Strong expertise in Jira, Xray, and Confluence.
* Familiarity with regulated delivery environments, particularly in finance and public sectors.
* Excellent coaching and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Fluent English language proficiency.
