Must-Have
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Data or BI Analyst
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Experience in defining KPIs and business monitoring metrics
* Solid knowledge of SQL
* Proficiency in Power BI, MicroStrategy or similar BI technologies
* Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports
* Experience with data warehouses and working with engineering teams on ETL pipelines
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Would Be Great If You Have
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
* Knowledge of PySpark and Databricks
* Effective visual communicator – you can communicate complex problems to business and technology stakeholders using visual collaboration tools
* Background with Cloud Databases
