This position is for Stadler Digital Labs, a joint venture between Stadler Rail and Critical Software serving as the digital competence center for the Stadler Group.

Which brings us to you, the person with:
* 3+ years of experience in software development as a fullstack engineer
* Strong experience with Java and modern Angular
* Solid knowledge of Quarkus, Kafka, and PostgreSQL
* Experience with microservices architectures and RESTful API design
* Proven experience building frontend applications with:
- Component-based architecture
- Reactive programming (RxJS)
- API integration
* Experience developing scalable and performant backend services
* Strong understanding of frontend-backend integration
* Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
* Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems
* Experience with testing frameworks and backend testing strategies
* Understanding of performance optimization across frontend and backend
* Experience working in agile environments with CI/CD and DevOps practices
* Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
