Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote and present our services to clients onsite and at events.
2. Onboard new merchants and guide registration to completion.
3. Monitor portfolio performance and drive active usage.
4. Provide in-person support; escalate issues that need higher-level help.
5. Execute both scheduled and self-initiated outreach.
Requirements

6. 2+ years of experience in business development in the hospitality sector;
7. Ability to identify both business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions;
8. Be a strong stakeholder with engagement skills and the ability to interact confidently with a wide variety of people at all levels;
9. Be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver parallel projects;
10. Strong language skills with the ability to speak English and Portuguese at a business level.
