About the Role
* We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Solutions Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in translating customer requirements into effective IT solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and formulate solution proposals.
2. You will support solution architecture design in CRM projects, including creating architecture diagrams, data models, and documentation.
3. You will be responsible for designing integration architecture using middleware or APIs for all integration scenarios.
4. You will contribute to projects as a subject matter expert and perform a business analyst role when necessary.
5. You will establish best practices and quality benchmarks for solution design, data modeling, and architecture.
6. You will conduct market research and evaluate new CRM technologies/trends to propose adoption where needed.

Requirements
* You should have a Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT-related field.
* You should have at least 5 years of CRM solution implementation experience with at least 3 years of architecture design experience.
* You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and keep pace with the business offering, technical innovation, and market-driven initiatives.
* You should have good knowledge of CRM business processes and relevant technologies.
* You should have experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
* You should have a good understanding of overall SDLC processes, tools, and technologies.
* You should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* You should have excellent communication and fluency in English.
