We're looking for a hands-on, data-driven Data Scientist / ML Engineer to join our team and help empower businesses to unlock the full potential of their data.
About the Role As a Data Scientist / ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models, transforming complex data into actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. You will play a critical role in shaping our AI capabilities, developing ML models for use within our Enterprise Intelligence Platform. Knowledge of LLM's, RAG and Agents would be beneficial.
Responsibilities Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for data analysis and predictionCollaborate with data engineers to design data pipelines for efficient model training and deploymentPerform data exploration, feature engineering, and data preprocessingOptimize model performance for scalability and accuracyUse NLP, deep learning, and traditional ML techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured dataValidate models using A/B testing and performance metricsCommunicate complex data insights and model results to non-technical stakeholdersContribute to the design and evolution of our AI platform and product roadmapHave a product mindset, always looking for ways to improve our platform.
