Position Description
* Present, promote and sell Academy services.
* Develop, follow up, and manage opportunities.
* Build and maintain good customer service relationships.
* Conduct visits to the Academy and facilities.
* Analyze the market and competition.
* Travel in Portugal and Abroad to promote Academy services as needed.
Candidate Profile
* Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Good time management, organized, and persistent.
* Team Work oriented
* Data Driven, understanding sales performance metrics.
* Assertiveness and good presentation.
* Proficient in CRM software, preferably Hubspot.
* Willing to commute to Ponte de Sor.
* Sales experience is preferred.
* Aviation sector experience is preferred.
Languages
* Mandatory: Fluent in English (spoken and written);
* Other languages: French, German or Swedish is considered an advantage.
Base salary according to the candidate's role and experience, plus commission based on objectives.
