Your new company
You will be joining an innovative global data-intelligence company operating within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) ecosystem. With a fast-growing international presence and a portfolio of long-term clients across Europe and the Middle East, the company provides advanced data, analytics and digital solutions that support shopping centre owners, asset managers and landlords in driving performance, boosting asset profitability and improving strategic decision-making.
Your new role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, developing new business with C-level decision-makers across the global CRE sector. Your main responsibilities will include:
Driving new business acquisition across Europe and the Middle East.
Prospecting, meeting and presenting to landlords, asset owners and C-level executives in commercial real estate management companies.
Translating client challenges into clear value propositions based on the company’s data and SaaS solutions.
Managing long sales cycles and building credible, long-term relationships.
Leveraging your CRE network to open doors and accelerate pipeline generation.
Working closely with internal teams including Legal, Customer Success, Marketing and Product.
Maintaining accurate records in CRM and providing sales forecasts, pipeline updates and market insights.
Representing the company at industry events, partner meetings and international client visits.
What you'll need to succeed
10+ years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate sector (mandatory).
Strong background in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, data or PropTech.
Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently with C-level stakeholders in CRE.
Understanding of the CRE ecosystem: landlords, asset managers, management companies, leasing dynamics and asset performance.
Experience managing complex, long sales cycles.
Strong international mindset and willingness to travel frequently.
Fluent English (mandatory).
Structured communication, strong negotiation skills and ability to run executive-level meetings.
Self-driven, strategic, comfortable working independently and building a commercial function from the ground up.
