We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across Spanish- and English-speaking markets.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a major global social media platform, supporting small and medium-sized businesses as they navigate online advertising tools and services.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing B2B customer support via email, chat, and outbound phone calls.
* Assisting with pre- and post-sales queries related to online advertising tools and services.
* Guiding clients in navigating platform tools, resolving bugs, and improving ad performance.
* Analyzing trends and troubleshooting common issues affecting business users.
* Offering white glove support by converting email/chat cases into proactive outbound assistance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Fluent Spanish (C2 level or higher, written and spoken) and English (B2 level or higher, written and spoken).
* Previous experience in customer service or digital marketing is a plus.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask using various tools and systems.
* EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work authorization required.
