What You Will Do: Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and player needs to inform strategic decisions.
Create and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize key growth metrics to validate initiatives and improve performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to launch impactful growth campaigns.
Leverage A/B testing, market research, and user analytics to refine product offerings and maximize conversions.
Develop reports and actionable insights to present to leadership and guide future strategy.
What We Are Looking For: Proven experience in a Growth Marketing or Growth Manager role, ideally in a startup, gaming, or tech company.
Deep knowledge of the gaming and skins market, particularly within Counter-Strike, staying ahead of industry trends and community behavior (mandatory).
Strong analytical mindset, using data-driven decision-making to optimize growth initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both gaming enthusiasts and professional traders.
Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach to improving processes and exceeding targets.
