Job Description
As Product Quality Lead for FBB (footwear, bags, and belts), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that ARKET’s high standards are consistently met. You will collaborate with teams across the business to drive quality initiatives, support supplier development, and enhance compliance. Your responsibilities include shaping and executing the quality strategy, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless production process that reflects ARKET’s high quality standards.
What you will do:
1. Own the quality and fit for ARKET footwear, bags, and belts products.
2. Lead quality assurance efforts regionally, collaborating with Business Teams.
3. Manage supplier performance, conduct inspections, and oversee compliance.
4. Train and educate suppliers to maintain consistent quality.
5. Onboard new suppliers and explore market expansion opportunities, such as in Morocco.
6. Develop action plans for rejected inspections, customer complaints, and compliance issues.
7. Prepare internal reports on supplier quality KPIs and implement strategic actions.
8. Collaborate on quality projects and commercial decisions with cross-functional teams.
9. Ensure alignment with global teams for consistency.
Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in textile engineering or Level 3-4 qualification in footwear and leather production.
* Experience in quality assurance, compliance, problem-solving, and project management.
* Technical expertise in textiles, footwear, or leather production, with leadership skills.
* Data analysis and risk assessment skills, including market research.
* Effective communication skills: clear, inspiring, and inclusive, with remote collaboration ability.
* Proactive problem-solving skills, initiative-taking, and drive for quality improvements.
* Adaptability and quick learning, with experience using PLM/KPI and Power BI systems.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
