The main responsibility of this role is to coordinate the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness. This includes handling all calls for the department, logging messages, and ensuring prompt communication with staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by being professional, friendly, and engaging in all interactions.
* Handle all calls and messages for the Housekeeping department, log them, and ensure prompt response.
* Process requests, delegate work, and follow up on completion to ensure efficient delivery of services.
* Communicate operational issues to leadership and address daily challenges to maintain high-quality services.
* Coordinate all Housekeeping activities, including opening/closing, assignments, inspections, and special tasks.
* Stay informed about all housekeeping services and club facilities to provide accurate information to guests and staff.
* Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with management for orders to ensure smooth operations.
* Generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Assist staff in maintaining cleanliness and organization to uphold high standards.
* Identify opportunities for improved productivity and efficiency to enhance the overall guest experience.
* Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety regulations to protect guests and staff.
* Establish goals for staff and communicate expectations clearly to drive success.
