What we're looking for:
1. Previous experience as a Scrum Master
2. Solid knowledge of Agile Methodology and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
3. Certifications in Scrum (PSM or CSM) will be valued
4. Knowledge and experience in tools to support agile methodologies (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
5. Organizational and communication skills
6. Capacity for creativity and innovation
7. Fluent in spoken and written English
