Job Profile:
We are seeking a skilled IT Risk Business Analyst to fill a key position in our organization. This role will play a pivotal part in the development and maintenance of risk management applications, working closely with our Agile teams to ensure seamless integration of risk systems with trading room management systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market and counterparty risk concepts, along with experience in quantitative/risk environments and strong analytical skills. They will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements for new and ongoing projects, crafting specifications and user stories aligned with project needs, and defining implementation plans to track project progress.
Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with IT and business teams to manage application releases, handle corrective and evolutionary maintenance tasks in a Unix-based environment with Big Data technologies, and respond to support requests and troubleshoot production issues.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Gather and analyze business requirements for new and ongoing projects
o Write specifications and user stories aligned with project needs
o Define implementation plans and track project progress
o Ensure monitoring and management of application releases, coordinating with IT Risk teams
o Respond to support requests and troubleshoot production issues
o Develop scripts to automate operational tasks and maintain CI/CD pipelines
