Apply now!Responsibilities:Report functionally to the Process Project Coordinator and/or hierarchically to the Unit Manager within a specific business line (Stamping, Machining, etc.) and within a defined scope:Lead, in collaboration with suppliers, the development of industrial tools, prototypes, and validation support from the design phase to the implementation of production series.Ensure compliance with objectives related to Quality, Cost, Time, and Safety/Environment, based on business rules, whether in project or serial production.Collaborate on optimizing the Product/Process balance.Specific Activities:Write functional and/or technical specifications for production equipment based on project data.Review and optimize the suppliers’ technical proposals.Create purchase requests.Validate and support the design, implementation, and development of tools/prototypes and validation materials with suppliers, integrating product changes when necessary.Monitor project timelines and deadlines.Develop a prevention plan and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and risk prevention requirements during the execution of activities.Coordinate the arrival of tools/prototypes and provide validation support, assisting with onsite work and commissioning.Provide operators with necessary documentation and training for equipment operation and maintenance.Ensure that industrial performance objectives (capacity, reliability, etc.) are achieved.Contribute to business capitalization efforts.General Responsibilities:Be familiar with the Quality Management System and the Quality Policy, ensuring adherence to established procedures and rules, as well as compliance with required records within the scope of activities.Promote Continuous Improvement across all organizational processes.Comply with all policies, procedures, and rules related to Health, Safety, and Environment, as well as Information Security and Ethics.Requirements:Be familiar with the concept of isostasy.Machine programming with Siemens NXPrepare the machine to receive the softwareAdapt the machine's software to produce different parts Read part reportsBroad technical expertise related to the systems to be implemented or altered.Proficiency in applications and software pertinent to the role.Ability to facilitate projects and coordinate with stakeholders.Understanding of applicable regulations and safety protocols.Familiarity with business management tools and processes.Capability to advocate for a position in dealings with suppliers.Good level of English.If you are passionate about process engineering, have a strong technical background, and are ready to contribute to innovative projects, we want to hear from you!
