Your new role
As a Customer Service Specialist, this person will
Manage the end-to-end customer order and service lifecycle, from order receipt to fulfilment and invoicing
Handle replenishments, spot interventions, and backorders, ensuring timely resolution of material shortages
Maintain and update customer master data in ERP systems
Monitor inventory discrepancies and manage returns
Support stock counts and inventory activities
Work closely with sales teams and logistics partners
Provide regular reporting and insights on customer portfolio performance and process anomalies
What you'll need to succeed
High school diploma
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within the Medical Devices sector
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to adapt and manage stress effectively
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Familiarity with ERP systems
