We are looking for a
DevOps Architect / Engineer
to join our engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining a world-class DevOps environment to support our
Microsoft Azure
and
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to enable scalable, secure, and highly available platforms.

What you will be doing
• Design, develop, and implement DevOps processes, tools, and standards for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Build, manage, and optimise
CI/CD pipelines
for development, testing, and production environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using
Azure DevOps
,
Terraform
, and
Bicep
.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, UX, and operations teams to embed DevOps best practices across the delivery lifecycle.
• Define and enforce infrastructure, security, and deployment standards.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex DevOps and cloud infrastructure issues.
• Support release management, environment governance, and deployment strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools, cloud services, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture decisions, and operational guidelines.
What we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of
5 years of experience
in DevOps architecture and engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft Azure
,
Azure DevOps
, and
CI/CD pipelines
.
• Proven experience with
Infrastructure as Code
using
Terraform
and/or
Bicep
.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, cloud architecture, and automation strategies.
• Experience supporting enterprise-grade platforms and production environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of DevOps initiatives.
• Good level of
Portuguese and English
, spoken and written (minimum B2).
Plus (not required but valued)
• Experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
environments.
• TOGAF EA Foundation and/or Practitioner certification.
• Experience working closely with
UX
and
Testing
specialists in agile environments.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance best practices in Azure.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Background in large-scale or highly regulated enterprise environments.
