As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for developing world-class products from concept to industrialization, with a special focus onliquidsformulations but other formats are also a possibility.Key Responsibilities:·Innovative Formulation Development:Design and develop new formulations, with a deep understanding of raw materials, formulation development, while ensuring that the products are align with customer needs and market trends.
·Supplier & Trend Expertise:Cultivate and maintain a robust network of suppliers, while staying ahead of emerging trends in ingredients, packaging, and product concepts.
·Project Management:Manage own product development projects using best practice in project management and communication tools, ensuring smooth transitions from lab to large-scale production.
·Collaborative Product Handover:Create and implement industrial trial protocols, facilitating the seamless handover of successful products to production.
·Customer, Marketing & Technical Support:Provide expert technical support to both internal teams, marketing and external clients, including product information, samples, and customer visits.
·Safety & Compliance:Ensure compliance withGLPstandards, applicable regulations, and environmental requirements at all stages of developmentWhat We're Looking For:·Experience:At least 3 years of hands-on experience formulating personal care products.
Experience in the liquids space is a plus.
·Education:A university degree in a relevant science field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science, etc.).
·Innovation:A proactive mindset and a passion for driving the next generation of products, with a keen eye for emerging trends.
·Skills:Proficiency in English and advanced knowledge ofMS Officetools; strong communication skills for collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
·Technical Expertise:Knowledge of the full product development process, from concept to launch, with a preference personal care formulations.
