Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and accounting principles.
* Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Coordinating with external auditors and facilitating internal audits to ensure financial integrity.
* Developing budgets and financial forecasts to guide the company\'s financial planning.
* Preparing and presenting accurate financial statements and reports to management and stakeholders.
Key Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Financial, Economic or Accounting
* Experience in Accounting, financial audit, controlling or similar financial area
* Accounting certification (TOC) is a plus.
* SAP knowledge is a must.
* Excellent oral and written communication in Portuguese and English.
