Technical Skills:

• Technical skills on File Transfer, Message Transfer, Connectivity, Leased Line and Infrastructure
• Transfer protocols: PeSIT, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS
• Middleware: Axway CFT, Axway Secure Transport, IBM MQ, API is a plus
• Data encryption: PGP / GPG
• Channel encryption: TLS, SSH
• Networks: understanding topologies, firewalls (IP scopes, ranges), leased lines, market providers
• Have the right Helpdesk tool (Jira, SNow, other)
• Formel to understand the flow creation process
• Sentinel to be able to check investigate on a flow issue
• Be able to browse configuration on MQ and Firewall (tool to be determined)
• Testing/Coordination
• Be able to assist ADM/APS teams on testing new connections or new flows (on the technical infrastructure part)
Main Tasks:
• Client Communication - Answer client calls + acknowledge client email incidents.
• Operational Support & Troubleshooting - Monitor daily message/file flows, detect and investigate failures or delays; analyses logs and alerts; resolve, root or escalate incidents across relevant teams.
• Coordination Responsible - Act as the principal point of contact external partners, to ensure good coordination, timely resolution and clear updates on the incident resolution. Ensure that the incident is resolved and inform the client.
• Customer Support
• Documentation & Knowledge - Update the Known Error Database and procedures. Contributed to post incident reviews and continuous service improvement.
