Customer Service Operations Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders from internal customers, communicating with customers regarding order status and updates, supporting the sales team in sales to internal customers, working with company management systems for order management, handling billing and credit notes, assisting finance with payments, collaborating with other departments on service claims, and managing general documentation, archives, and correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, excellent communication and teamwork skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong sense of initiative. They will also require fluent written and verbal English and advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
