Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and research target companies and decision-makers to generate inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development opportunities.
2. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads using outbound tools to generate interest and drive sales growth.
3. Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing channels, craft personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages, conduct cold calls, and run multi-touch outreach sequences to engage with prospects.
4. Initiate discovery conversations, qualify leads using frameworks like BANT, disqualify leads that don't meet criteria, and schedule discovery or demo calls for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
5. Follow-up to confirm attendance, maintain engagement, log all interactions and updates in the CRM, track lead stages, notes, and next steps, and monitor and report on outreach performance to optimize results.
