We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations, available to start immediately.
This role is ideal for someone practical, organised, and ready to take ownership of essential financial processes.
Description
Posting and managing customer and supplier invoices.
Preparing and processing payments.
Handling employee expense reports and company card transactions.
Monitoring and regularly reporting on cash flow.
Maintaining ongoing communication with the external accounting firm.
Supporting month-end processes and preparing financial documentation.
Developing and presenting proposals to improve financial procedures.
Profile
Practical 5-8 years' experience in finance and accounting tasks.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
Hands on approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple administrative and financial tasks.
Fluent english speaker.
Good communication skills and ease in interacting with suppliers, internal teams, and the external accounting firm.
Proficiency with financial management tools and Excel.
Available to start immediately.
