Descrição da Função
Overview: For over 20 years, we have driven technological advancement through large‑scale, innovative IT solutions for both private companies and public institutions, delivering tangible impact across industries. What will you do? As an IT Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, including: - Preparing and publishing job advertisements on recruitment platforms; - Actively sourcing and approaching IT candidates; - Screening CVs and validating technical and functional requirements; - Scheduling and conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit; - Preparing interview reports and supporting hiring decisions; - Monitoring and updating recruitment processes and pipelines. Additionally: - Supporting the monitoring of internship programs and internal academies throughout the year; - Representing Caixa Mágica Software at job fairs and employer branding events. What are we looking for? - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; - Strong interest in Recruitment and Selection, particularly within the IT sector; - Knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; - Proactive, dynamic, and motivated attitude; - Good command of English; - Eligible for an IEFP internship (mandatory).
