Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our teams and work on challenging projects within the healthcare sector. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, contributing to the analysis, optimization, and delivery of solutions that support clinical, operational, and regulatory needs.
[Offices in Porto (hybrid)].
What you will do:
* Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimizations.
* Provide end-user support for business applications and systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or clients.
* Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
* Assist with user training and documentation for systems or new processes.
* Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently.
* Document and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed.
What you are like:
* Professional experience in Business Analysis functions in IT projects;
* Experience in project management methodologies (AGILE/Scrum, Design Thinking);
* Excellent analytical and communication skills;
* Responsible spirit and willingness to learn;
* Knowledge of tools such as SAS, SAP and Salesforce is valued;
* Fluency in English is required.
