Job Opportunity: Chief Accountant / Financial ControllerWe are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant / Financial Controller to manage the accounting and financial activities of a diversified group of companies operating across real estate, property management, hospitality, services, and investment holdings.This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFull accounting and financial management of a multi-company group structure;Certified accounting duties, including accounting review and year-end closing;Prepare and submit all tax declarations and ensure compliance with fiscal obligations;Preparation of annual reports and financial statements;Management of payroll processing and support in drafting employment contracts;Cash-flow management, analysis, and financial control;Provide overall financial control and strategic financial support to the group;Provide support in managing relationships with banks, legal advisors, and the Fund Management Company;Review and support as tax representative for clients (including IRS obligations);Profile RequirementsCertified Accountant (mandatory);Solid accounting experience across multiple companies, preferably with several years of experience in real estate;Strong knowledge of tax compliance and corporate reporting;Excellent organizational and analytical skills;Experience in administrative office management;Familiarity with financial management software (e.g. Eticadata, Primavera);Fluency in English (spoken and written).
