Key Account Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping small and medium-sized enterprises achieve their marketing goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering results independently and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
* Developing long-term trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their businesses and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Presenting tailored proposals that address each client's specific needs while identifying new revenue streams.
* Defining the strategic direction of accounts or clients and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
You will need to possess:
* Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to analyze data and create presentations.
* Fluency in English (a plus) and proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is required.
* At least 2 years of experience in account management within an SME environment, preferably in marketing solutions, printing, and promotional gifts.
* Mandatory industry knowledge, particularly in digital marketing and sales.
