Organic Unit: International Funding Unit Scholarship Theme: The scholarship is framed within the European project InclusiveFuture – Fostering Inclusion through Sustainable Education (Erasmus+), aiming to support research, development and dissemination activities related to education for sustainability.

Duration: 12 months Maximum Duration Including Renewals: 12 monthsObjectives The fellow is expected to acquire competences in supporting the implementation and monitoring of the InclusiveFuture project, producing scientific and technical content, organising workshops, laboratories and events, designing surveys, analysing data and preparing reports, as well as conducting qualitative analysis, dissemination and communication activities.

In the first stage, a curriculum evaluation will be carried out, taking into account the academic background, the relevance of the training to the scholarship topic, previous relevant experience in research projects, project management, dissemination activities, event organisation and data analysis skills, as well as proficiency in English and digital tools.
Only candidates who obtain a score higher than 10 points in this stage will be invited to the second stage.
The second stage will consist of an individual interview aimed at assessing the candidate's motivation, communication skills, availability to perform the planned tasks, alignment of the profile with the objectives of the InclusiveFuture project and NCFI activities, as well as transversal competences such as autonomy, organisational skills, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
The final classification will result from the weighted average of the scores obtained in the two selection methods, according to the defined weightings.
