Job description
Unique opportunity to undertake a
six-month internship within Semapa's Planning and Strategic Development (DPDE)
team and to take part in strategic projects, investment analyses, and the definition of value-creation plans for leading industrial companies.
At DPDE, you will be at the center of strategic decision-making, contributing directly to high-impact projects and investment discussions
Main responsibilities
* Support in the strategic evaluation of
investment opportunities
and
M&A
* Assist in the development of
business cases and financial models
* Contribute to
strategic analyses
of businesses and markets, including benchmarking
* Assist in preparing documentation to support decision-making by the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, having direct
exposure to the Group's Directors and Executive teams
* Monitor
Groups' company performance
and
support strategic planning processes
* Work closely with a senior team, with
high exposure and continuous feedback
Profile
* Outstanding academic performance
* Ability to structure, conduct, and present analyses, breaking down complex problems into manageable parts
* Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills
* Excellent teamwork skills, with an inclusive and collaborative approach
* Capacity to process diverse ideas and viewpoints, creating value and recognition for others' contributions to achieving results.
