You will join an international team responsible for theend-to-end support of database platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability across multiple services and technologies.

Key Responsibilities Installation and configuration of database systems Performance monitoring anddatabase tuning Query optimizationand troubleshooting Workload managementand capacity planning Supporting thedatabase layer across multiple services and technologies Ensuring reliability and performance of mission-critical environments Collaborating with global teams on international projectsTechnical Requirements Must have experience with: AWS RDS Aurora PostgreSQL Aurora/MySQL Amazon Redshift Database performance tuning and optimizationNice to have experience with: AWS S3 AWS IAM AWS Lambda AWS CloudWatchThe ideal candidate has: 5+ years of experienceas a Database Administrator Master's degree inInformation Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability towork independently with minimal supervision Excellentcommunication skills(technical and business level) Ability to collaborate withdifferent levels across the organization Strong team player with apragmatic approach to problem solving Motivation to grow and continuously improve Willingness toshare knowledge and experience with the teamLanguage Requirements English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) minimum – written and spokenWork Model Hybrid – 3 days per week in the Porto office On-call rotation:Approximately1 week per monthIf you are interested in working inhigh-availability AWS environments and international teams, we would love to connect.
