We are seeking a Digital Sales Manager. In this role, you will be the link between marketing and sales teams, driving business growth and influencing overall company success.
Description
You qualify leads originating from digital channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google Ads; in doing so, you collect and evaluate information to determine whether they meet the criteria for potential customers;
You initiate the first contact with the lead to spark interest and gather further information;
You will nurture relationships through persistent communication - such as emails, LinkedIn messages, or phone calls - to maintain the lead's interest and cultivate a relationship;
You will transfer qualified leads to the sales team via the CRM system to ensure a seamless handoff and continuation of the sales process;
You will conduct data-driven analyses on lead quality and quantity, as well as the status of lead processing, and take responsibility for all reporting and success measurement;
In collaboration with the marketing team, you play a vital role in optimizing lead generation and support the development and implementation of lead management strategies;
You will acquire extensive knowledge of our portfolio and apply this knowledge in the qualification process;
You will monitor performance metrics and adjust your strategy as needed to meet ambitious sales targets.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field;
You have 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales development or digital sales role including experience in long-term customer relationship management;
You have an above-average willingness to learn and the ability to gather information independently;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Strong organizational skills in sales planning, appointment coordination, and reporting;
Understanding of customer experience, as well as the analysis and implementation of customer-centric processes and projects;
You are interested in sales and digital technologies;
You have knowledge of digital marketing, especially in B2B, and a desire to grow;
Experience with CRM tools - Salesforce or HubSpot expertise is a significant advantage;
You think analytically, work independently, and enjoy teamwork;
Interested in improving your skills and growing professionally;
Fluency in English is mandatory. German is a plus.
