Responsibilities: Manageend-to-end Service Ownershipfor Network Services, ensuring quality of service, availability, and performance targets are met. Overseeincident, problem, and change management (IPC)processes, including escalation handling and root cause analysis. Define, document, and maintainoperating modelsand ensure operational readiness of network services. Driveservice improvement plans (SIPs), QoS initiatives, and continuous service optimisation. Managevendors and service providers, including governance, performance monitoring, and cost efficiency. What are we looking for? Strong expertise inService Ownership within large-scale network environments, aligned withITIL best practices. Proven experience inincident, problem, and change management, including mediation and communication activities. Ability to managecompeting priorities, working autonomously or collaboratively in global teams. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement. Excellentstakeholder management and communication skillsin an English-speaking environment.
