Job Title: Accounting Technician
The role of an Accounting Technician involves managing, monitoring, and controlling all accounting-related tasks. This includes ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial records under direct supervision.
* The Accounting Technician will be responsible for the full management of accounts payable and receivable, including registering supplier invoices and employee expense reports.
* They will also prepare and reconcile payments with corresponding accounts, handle payment notices, and manage supplier disputes.
* In the accounts receivable area, the technician will manage the reconciliation of customer payments and advance payments, ensuring close monitoring of due dates.
* They will work closely with the sales department to send reminders and account statements when needed.

Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Previous experience in accounting, preferably in an industrial environment
* Strong knowledge of core accounting procedures
* Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
* Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP system
* Good command of English (written and spoken) – mandatory
* French knowledge is a plus (B1/B2 level preferred) – not mandatory
