About The Job
* The Business Management Manager supports BNP Paribas' management, ensuring the alignment of the scope with the strategic objectives set up, both locally and functionally.
Your Main Activities Are
* Oversee the Department in the delivery of complex projects and activities and ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders, locally and globally and liaise with all related teams internally to create best practices across BNP Paribas.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with the various stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative mindset while achieving both the local and global objectives.
* Serve as the primary liaison between the functional area and other departments / Stakeholders / Business Partners.
* Support Team managers in monitoring team's activities, ensuring quality of delivery aligned with clients' expectations.
* Provide coaching in team management, personal and professional development and define performance objectives.
* Grow the team's brand equity & reputation as a trusted and reliable asset to support the BNP Paribas transformation objectives.
* Facilitate collaboration among Team-Managers to share best practices, avoid duplication, and leverage synergies, cultivating a continuous improvement mindset.
* Promote an inclusive, high-engagement culture across all teams.
Profile And Skills To Success
* Master's Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science.
* At least 7 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
* Fluency in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, namely Excel and PowerPoint.
* Decision making skills.
* Ability to collaborate and to influence.
* Ability to develop and leverage networks.
* Ability to understand, explain and support change.
* Ability to inspire others and generate people's commitment.
