Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to our clients.
About the Role:
* Respond to customer requests via multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
* Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a consistent brand voice in all interactions.
* Evaluate and escalate complex issues to higher support tiers as needed.
* Collaborate with technical teams to resolve help tickets efficiently.
Key Requirements:
* A native level of Italian and at least a B2 level of English language proficiency.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Commitment to maintaining customer information security and confidentiality.
