We are seeking a skilled System Support Professional to join our team. As a System Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to our clients.
Job Description:
* Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for system-related issues;
* Analyze and resolve complex system problems in a timely manner;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery;
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Requirements:
* Backup applications: Knowledge of Veeam, Barracuda, Commvault, etc.;
* Email and spam filtering services: Experience with Mimecast, Barracuda, Proofpoint, etc.;
* Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP: Familiarity with switching and routing topologies (VLAN, basic routing protocol knowledge);
* Firewall Technologies: Knowledge of Cisco, FortiGate, Palo Alto, etc.;
* Administering Microsoft Windows Active Directory: Topologies;
* In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server: SQL Server;
* In-depth working knowledge of VMware vSphere 6.0 and above: Working Knowledge of Microsoft Azure / Azure AD / Intune;
* Troubleshooting and implementation of Site-to-Site VPN: On Cisco, Palo Alto and FortiGate Platforms;
Nice to Have:
* Experience in previously supporting managed services customers:
* Experience in Linux Administration:
* Experience in IT Security tools: EDR, SIEM, and Vulnerability Management platforms;
* Experience working with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP;
