THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Scrum Master / Project Manager for a national project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Animate daily meetings and report on progress, blocking point, delays on planning;
Help ensuring end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT project's objectives in line with the commitments made to the Sponsors;
Help the team to work autonomously while improving;
Participates in resolving issues and getting around organization and process obstacles;
Help organizing and facilitate project events and processes (such as PI planning on a quartely base);
Help with the organization and project planning according to the priorities.
What We're Looking For
Proven professional experience in similar roles;
Experience as a project manager and agile methodologies;
Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira;
IT profile background: ETL knowledge, database knowledge;
Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written & spoken), proficiency in French is a plus..
