The candidate will ensure continuous alignment between business expectations and technical solutions, supporting the delivery of high‐quality digital initiatives.ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, assessing their value and return on investment. Perform impact analyses and identify dependencies across systems and processes. Produce detailed business analyses highlighting challenges, opportunities, and proposed solutions. Draft and maintain functional documentation, including functional specifications, wireframes, business rules, and data migration plans. Ensure requirements and specifications are clearly communicated and shared between business and technical teams. Support QA and Test Managers in defining test strategies and validating business requirements. Lead workshops and design sessions to collect inputs and drive stakeholder alignment. Act as a functional reference point for digital solutions. Actively contribute to the Business Analyst Community of Practice. Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand‐ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives).QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Analyst role; Previous hands‐on experience in luxury, e‐commerce, or retail projects is mandatory; Proven experience in writing functional specifications and user stories; Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Strong stakeholder management skills in complex or matrix organizations; Experience Hands‐on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr; Familiarity with e‐commerce platforms or content management systems is considered a plus; Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.What we offer youAt Alten, we offer you the security of a permanent contract while also giving you the liberty to work with multiple prestigious clients.
