About the Position:
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in delivery management, two years of recent experience in the iGaming sector, and a solid understanding of SDLC methodologies. Key responsibilities include establishing strong working relationships with clients, overseeing inter-project dependencies, and achieving program-level goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Management: Coordination and oversight of multiple linked projects to achieve synergistic benefits.
* Organization Operations Performance Management: Supervising new engagement onboarding, managing performance metrics, financials, risks, and resources for delivery units.
* Talent Management: Recruiting, onboarding, developing, compensating, motivating, and retaining personnel.
* Sales Marketing Account Management: Conducting pre-sales, account maintenance, and contract administration.
