Job Description:
We're looking for a customer-centric individual to join our scaling customer success team in Germany.
We are specifically seeking a German-speaking consultant responsible for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
Your role will focus on client satisfaction, retention, adoption, and expansion within client portfolios.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a product-led business and possess hospitality, particularly hotel, experience.
Tasks
Your main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Reaching out directly to hoteliers to advise them on the benefits of RoomRaccoon
Delivering demos to interested hoteliers demonstrating RaccoonPay and additional benefits
Developing a deep understanding of our product suite, competitor pricing, and offerings
Engaging proactively with hoteliers to understand their goals, challenges, and objectives
Serving as the primary contact, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
Conducting regular check-ins and reviews to monitor progress and satisfaction
Identifying opportunities to optimize and enhance the customer experience based on feedback and usage
Providing training and educational resources to empower hoteliers
Identifying upsell opportunities based on evolving customer needs
Collaborating with sales to develop tailored proposals for expansion
Developing strategies to address concerns and prevent churn
Requirements
About you:
Our ideal candidate has/is:
Fluent in German and English
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in hotel sales and/or SaaS is advantageous
Patient, empathetic, and able to lead conversations, handle emotions, and upsell
Motivated to work in a fast-paced, high-tech, entrepreneurial environment with strong prioritization skills
Driven to revolutionize the hotel industry worldwide
Team-player, organized, detail-oriented
Passionate about international business and technology
