Junior Trade Support Speacialist
.
Main Tasks:
Ensure trades on all global markets are accurately allocated in trading and Middle Office systems
Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies in a timely manner
Follow up on pending trades
Manage emails, phone calls, and requests from different entities
Address client queries and requests efficiently and accurately
Maintain proper communication between clients and Back Office teams
Identify, assess, monitor, and control operational risks
Perform reconciliations between clients, market data, and back-office systems
Participate in projects and support internal system releases
Contribute to process improvements and business efficiency initiatives
Main Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in similar area
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of data management tools is a plus (Power Query, VBA, Python, etc.)
Proactive, motivated and willing to absorb new concepts
Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments
Responsiveness, accountability and adaptability
Fluency in English is mandatory (B2+).
