Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the local Finance Hub teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and alignment with strategic goals.
* Supervise and coordinate the team's activities, promoting a strong corporate culture.
* Manage all aspects of people leadership, including performance, development, and team structure.
* Drive process optimization, implement robust controls, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
* Maintain high service standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Contribute to the definition and execution of Finance's strategic roadmap, including the implementation of the Target Operating Model.
* Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and maintain strong collaboration with Finance Head Office and other stakeholders.
* Support and lead initiatives and projects that impact the Finance platform.
* Optimize team structure and resource allocation, ensuring appropriate skill levels and risk mitigation through effective backup planning.
* Promote innovation through automation, digital tools, and organizational enhancements.
* Uphold the operational permanent control framework and ensure financial data integrity.
* Monitor financial performance, including budget preparation, variance analysis, and reporting.
* Organize and lead monthly governance meetings to ensure alignment and validation of FTE planning.
* Develop dashboards and provide ad-hoc financial insights to senior management.
* Maintain close collaboration with local finance teams and actively participate in local governance forums.
* Ensure full compliance with local regulatory and operational requirements.
Profile
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in Finance, including financial analysis and advisory roles.
* Strong understanding of financial systems, tools, and architecture.
* Expertise in budgeting, tax, and performance analysis.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
* Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
