Job Overview
As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage existing customer base through cross-selling and upselling within managed accounts.
* Utilize digital channels and remote sales techniques to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
* Prepare commercial proposals in Word and ensure timely updates of CRM systems.
* Collaborate with marketing, helpdesk, and finance teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
* A higher technician or bachelor's degree in commercial management and sales, or similar fields.
* At least 2/3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or SaaS companies.
* Intermediate/advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Fluency in French and English, with Spanish being an asset.
