WE ARE HIRING A PARTNERSHIPS INTERNABOUT GOPARITYGoparity is an impact finance platform that connects companies that need funding for sustainable projects with individuals and organisations who want to invest sustainably. Through our crowdlending platform, users can lend to entities that pursue sustainable projects. We are growing both in terms of size and impact generated. We were founded in Portugal in 2017 and have offices in Portugal, Spain and Canada and have since financed projects and grown a large community of investors worldwide. We are looking for smart, creative people who want to take part in our mission to democratise the financial sector, for the good of people and our planet.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?First things first, this internship will be supported by IEFP, so please make sure you are eligible ( The duration of this internship is 6 months.The ideal Partnerships Intern at Goparity is a dynamic, purpose-driven person passionate about creating meaningful relationships that contribute to positive social and environmental impact. We're looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and collaborating.We are seeking someone with a master's degree in management, an interest in sustainable finance, and an aptitude for innovative problem-solving. The ideal candidate is motivated to support and expand strategic partnerships that align with Goparity's mission, using data-driven approaches to inform decisions and measure success.Proactive and organised, this intern should bring fresh energy to support scaling our reach and deepening our partnerships ecosystem. We expect you to be a team player who is ready to take responsibility for your own tasks. With a focus on relationship-building and strategic thinking, the Partnerships intern will contribute to Goparity's overall success while gaining experience in sustainable finance.ABOUT THE ROLE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Partnerships intern will play a key role in fostering and expanding strategic partnerships. Working within the marketing department, this role will focus on exploring relationships that grow our reach and impact. Main tasks include helping to structure and manage partnerships, promoting Goparity, and gradually taking over communication with partners. This is a junior role that offers room for growth and development within the company. The ideal candidate must be autonomous, well-organised, proactive, and eager to innovate.Tasks include: Standardisation and streamlining: ensure all our current and upcoming partnerships are coherent and easy to monitor from a CRM tool. Partnership package development : help develop our partnership offers, webpages and toolkits. Strategic partnership planning : contribute to designing a roadmap and setting strategic goals. Partnership outreach and intake: manage inbound partnership requests and contact current or potential partners. Supporting social media engagement and community growth: help amplify partnerships across social channels and foster interaction with our community. Represent Goparity at events: the Partnerships team might be expected to attend events as webinars or in-person presentations for corporate partners at industry events.Creating presentations, contributing towards our blog and newsletters : translating our partnership efforts into content to share with our community.The duration of this internship is 6 months, and you will be reporting directly to the Marketing and Content Manager.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMandatoryYou are eligible for an IEFP internship ( Please note you must be a resident (tax resident) in Portugal.You hold a master's degree in management.You are fluent in English and Portuguese.You are a creative and resourceful person who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders.You are positive, communicative, and you enjoy client facing roles.You have a data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions that support growth.You take initiative, and you are hands-on.You are organised and attentive to details.You have a cultural fit with Goparity's mission and are passionate about sustainable development (social and environmental issues). Bonus points forExperience in managing partnerships.Experience in the start-up world.Experience using or configuring a CRM tool.Experience in banking and/or finance sectors, and/or you know your way around financial concepts.Fluency in Spanish.Social media enthusiast Commitment and availabilityAvailability to accept new challenges.Attentive to others and able to work effectively with an international (and mostly remote) team.Eagerness to grow within the company while actively contributing to our expansion.WHAT WE OFFERA diverse, talented, and collaborative team,A learning experience as part of a fast-growing European fintech.Ongoing training.A start-up environment with the freedom to choose between remote work and working in our office in Bairro Azul (Lisbon).Salary rangeYour monthly salary will range from 1.149,50€ to 1.358,50€ gross, depending on your qualifications, plus a 10,20€ food allowance per working day (approximately 214€ per month).WorkplaceWe are remote flexible (even before Covid) – maximum liberty comes with full responsibility. We are based in Wonder Work (Bairro Azul) in Lisbon, but you can work from home.
