Agile Facilitation & Team SupportFacilitate and organize Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective) Promote self‐organization and cross‐functional collaboration within the team Identify, track, and help remove impediments Support the team in continuous improvement initiatives Ensure adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices Project Management / PMO ResponsibilitiesSupport project planning, coordination, and tracking across initiatives Maintain structure, transparency, and documentation for projects and team activities Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings (e.g., alignment sessions, retrospectives, planning workshops) Contribute to status reporting, risk tracking, and dependency management Act as a reliable interface between teams, Product Owner, and the wider organization Product Owner & Stakeholder SupportSupport the Product Owner in defining clear and well‐structured Product Backlog items Coach the Product Owner on agile principles and best practices Foster effective collaboration between the Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders Mid‐level experience working in agile environments; Experience in IT or software development projects is a strong advantage; Strong communication and facilitation skills; Fluent in English (spoken and written).
