Global Cruises is a leading tour operator working directly with the main cruise lines in more than 140 ports worldwide. With 10+ years of activity, the company has experienced consistent and exponential growth.
We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator/supervisor to manage our operations in Portimão, which will be our main port in Portugal. For the 2026 season, we already have 45 confirmed operational days.
We are seeking a professional with strong experience in large-scale tourism operations, capable of ensuring that all products are delivered in full compliance with Global Cruises' operational standards and quality requirements.
This position will report directly to the Operations Coordination and the Global Cruises management team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise daily shore excursion operations in the port
Ensure all tours are delivered according to Global Cruises' operational and quality standards
Manage local operational teams, suppliers, and logistics
Monitor schedules, guest experience, and operational performance
Act as the main operational contact between the port team and Global Cruises management
