We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a professional services environment.
Reporting to the UK EA Manager, you will act as a trusted business partner to up to three Partners, enabling productivity, decision-making, and seamless day-to-day operations.
This role suits someone confident, proactive, and comfortable managing complexity with discretion and professionalism.
What You Will Do: Provide end-to-end executive-level administrative support to assigned Partners Manage complex diaries, emails, and competing priorities across multiple time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics Support client and business development activities, including CRM updates and meeting coordination Prepare expenses, timesheets, and support contract and compliance workflows Liaise with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Facilities) Act as a reliable partner to stakeholders and clients, representing the firm professionally Support team initiatives, knowledge sharing, and short-term cover when needed Requirements: 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role Experience in Professional Services is a strong plus Fluency in English (mandatory); Italian or French Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM knowledge is an advantage Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and decision-making skills Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate confidently in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills What We Offer: Hybrid working model: 3 days per week in the office Office located in central Lisbon Collaborative, international, and high-performance environment Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and develop your EA career Executive Assistant - Hybrid (French and Italian) vila real, Portugal #J-*****-Ljbffr
